1. Database Structure

• Alfred, Kutlwano, and Molemo discussed the database structure.
• An initial database structure was agreed upon.
• Database will contain 5 collections (subject to change).
• Present members were given access to the database.

2. UI Design

• Consensus reached on the application’s UI design.

3. Next Steps

• Begin backend testing.
• Implement database collections on MongoDB Atlas.
• Begin frontend implementation now that UI design is decided.
