🔹 Recent Work

• Kutlwano → Worked on full deployment of the web app and ensuring testing works.
• Molemo → Fixed bugs on the deployed app, added cost to venues and vendors, and implemented venue availability.
• Ntando → Tested the web app; blockers included merge conflicts preventing proper branch testing. Will need support with end-to-end testing.
• Given → Created sprint development plan, updated testing and deployment documentation, added user stories, performed manual testing. Blocked by waiting on Molemo for database details.
• Ntobeko → Worked on UI improvements.

🔹 Moving Forward

1. Frequent merging of branches required.
2. Document database functionality.
3. Continue testing: frontend, backend, and end-to-end.
4. Merge weather API into main.
5. Implement price comparison for vendors and venues.
6. Ensure vendors and venues are selected from existing data.
7. Validate inputs (e.g., prevent negative budgets).
8. Prevent users from scheduling events in the past.
9. Set default event status to Planning.
10. Add additional event categories.
